Setting up Link Meet in 10 minutes: the complete guide

From your public link to your first booking: how to pick your link, connect your calendar, and publish your services step by step.

Link Meet was built so you shouldn't need a manual. Here's the full walkthrough anyway — from the moment you pick your link to your page being ready for its first booking.

1. Pick your link

It all starts with an address: link-meet.com/your-name. It's what you'll share in your Instagram bio, on WhatsApp, or on a card, so pick something short and recognizable — your name or your clinic's name usually works better than an acronym. You can change it later, but old links stop working, so it's worth thinking twice.

2. Create your account

After claiming your link, create your account with email and password, or with "Continue with Google" — if you use Google, you're already halfway to connecting your calendar later, without logging in twice.

3. Say what you do

Pick your field (physiotherapy, psychology, nutrition, osteopathy, speech therapy, or other), and whether you work solo, with colleagues, or at a clinic. This only feeds sensible service and duration suggestions in the next step — it's not a final choice.

4. Review the suggested services

Based on your field, Link Meet suggests two or three typical services (for example, "First appointment" and "Follow-up session"), already with a starting duration and price. Turn off what doesn't apply, adjust duration and price by clicking the values, and keep at least one turned on — that's the minimum for your public page to have something to show.

5. Set when you see clients

Pick a starting pattern (weekdays, part-time, or with Saturdays) and fine-tune the days and start/end times. This is deliberately simple — breaks, exceptions, and vacations are handled later in Availability, inside the dashboard.

6. Connect your calendar (optional, but recommended)

Without a connected calendar, Link Meet doesn't know what you already have booked outside the app — it might end up offering a time that's actually taken. Connecting Google Calendar fixes this both ways: whatever's already on it counts as busy, and every new booking automatically creates an event on your calendar. You can do this now or later, under Settings → Integrations.

7. You're live

As soon as you're done, your page goes live at link-meet.com/your-link. From here, what's left is optional and can be done at your own pace: an intake form for the first appointment, availability exceptions for vacations or holidays, and fine-tuning the notifications your clients receive.
